Born from a love
of the craft
NOIR began as a quiet rebellion against ordinary coffee. Founded in 2019, we set out to create a space where every cup tells a story — from the volcanic soils of Ethiopia to the misty highlands of Colombia.
Our beans are sourced directly from farmers we know by name, roasted in small batches at our in-house roastery, and prepared by baristas who treat every pour as an art form.
